The Hunt for the "Meeting tiger"
Goal of the workshop
This energetic 1-day workshop will ensure that meetings take less time and energy. This will be done by taming the meeting tiger so that:
- fewer meetings are planned;
- delaying behavior is recognized and reined in;
- clear preconditions are defined;
- meetings do not stray off topic.
For whom is this workshop intended?
Teams and departments in the public and private sector that currently spend too much time and energy on meetings. Maximum number of participants: 12
Approach of the workshop
The day will begin with the observation of a meeting. The results of this scan and the input from the participants will be used as input for the workshop which is mainly about doing. There will be two parts to the workshop, looking at the meeting structure (setting traps) on the one hand, and addressing skills (firing with ammunition) on the other. The workshop will consist of realistic imitations of meetings in which you practice chairing meetings and ensure that you can learn to manage the process from any role.
