Goal
Offering professionals a context in which they:

• Expand their understanding and awareness of their own performance.
• Increase their respect and appreciation of their own performance.
• Discover self-confidence to ask for and use candid feedback in the organization.

Background
Individual performance will make or break the health of an organization. This is why many organizations invest in setting up and maintaining systems aimed at safeguarding and promoting good individual performance. Often this concerns investments in the group of managers and in the supporting systems. This workshop gives organizations the opportunity to focus explicitly on the professional.

For whom is the workshop intended?
Managers, professionals. Maximum number of participants: 12.

Approach of the workshop
Participants will examine the factors that promote and disrupt understanding of and respect and confidence in their own actions. They will be invited and challenged to identify, appreciate and utilize their own wisdom and intuition candidly without inhibition. The program consists of an alternation between methods for individuals, pairs, groups of three and the full group.

The fee
The standard fee for this two-session workshop is € 500 per person. This includes materials, supervision and support by De Baak, and excludes VAT and accommodation package costs.
