Goal of the workshop
Trust guarantees speed. Your team works faster, agreements are made more quickly and form a solid basis on which to build. You do not incur as many unnecessary expenses, you improve your turnover, and you get more energy and enjoyment from your work.

In this workshop you are given a road map to achieve trust at every level, to strengthen your credibility and to develop leadership that inspires trust. You gain a language which you can use to talk about trust with each other, an outlook that enables you to detect and understand distrust and trust more keenly, and a methodology to take specific steps towards building trust, and doing something with it.

Approach of the workshop
