Goal of the workshop
A workshop that helps you consider the morals on the shop floor.
Authentic leadership, situational leadership, visionary, blue, ISTP or are you a plant?
It doesn’t matter: you want to be able to look yourself in the mirror in the evening.
What are the morals in your company? Do you play along? What effect does this have on you, your co-workers and their families?
After completing the workshop, you will be able to answer the question:
 
“Are we doing the right things?”

Approach of the workshop
In an open atmosphere, you will be invited to take a literary journey to the past. Through Sun Zu’s art of war, and the beautiful early 20th century work of Mary Parker Follet (horizontal authority), Napoleon Hill (discipline and social graces) and the body of ideas of post-war French-Russian philosopher Levinas, you will gain a better hold on your own professional practice. You will hold up a mirror to yourself and determine how purely you wish to conduct your business.

The fee
The standard fee for this two-session workshop is € 500 per person. This includes materials, supervision and support by De Baak, and excludes VAT and accommodation package costs.
