Managing Through Output
People- and result-oriented leadership

Goal of the workshop
Understanding… the Managing Through Output management model and being able to apply it to your own work situation.
Being able to apply… different management styles within output direction model, such that both people- and result-oriented leadership are given.
A lot of practice… with what output direction achieves, particularly that managers devote more time and attention to clearly formulating results and performance criteria and less to arranging and directing operational matters; it makes managers more professional and employees more responsible.

Target group
Anyone who manages or leads. Maximum number of participants: 14.

Approach of the workshop
Following a brief explanation of the model, a highly practical tool, its applications will be addressed interactively. This will be done mainly according to practical examples, specific assignments and exercises concerning output direction, formulation of output criteria, delegating responsibility and applying the ‘management tone’. These techniques will be practiced partly with the aid of actors, helping to bring theory and practice together.

The fee
The standard fee for this two-session workshop is € 500 per person. This includes materials, supervision and support by De Baak, and excludes VAT and accommodation package costs.
