Goal of the workshop
The expansion of the participants’ creative and solution-oriented qualities through the integration of individual information from the subconscious undercurrent of an organization with everyday experiences at the surface. The essence of a creative process is making new associations. Dreamwork links associations from the undercurrent and surface current to offer ‘The Emergent Future’ and the leadership that fits with it.

Target group
Leaders of organizations and teams that have an interest in finding a new course. Also suitable for team development. The contribution of one’s own dream is not essential; the workshop will also provide new know-how without it. Maximum number of participants: 12.

Approach of the workshop
Morning: lively presentation on the unclaimed potential of the fusion of night and day consciousness. During a dream session, participants will contribute dream material from the organizational context and links will be made.
Afternoon: the most striking images and links will be identified to produce a broader, multifaceted view of the organization.

The fee
The standard fee for this two-session workshop is € 500 per person. This includes materials, supervision and support by De Baak, and excludes VAT and accommodation package costs.
